Automating the Mundane
A case study on reducing operational overhead by 80% through process automation.
Most technology companies add more tools. We remove the need for them.
Anterah exists to solve a simple problem that affects every modern organisation: too much manual work, too many disconnected systems, and too much time spent maintaining operations instead of improving outcomes. We design systems that operate in the background — quietly doing what needs to be done — so your people can focus on what actually matters.
In practice, that means we design the interaction layer for physical spaces, and the automation layer for operations — then we connect everything with clear rules, strong audit trails, and calm reliability.
Our work typically includes mapping the flow of work, removing unnecessary steps, automating what repeats, and instrumenting what matters so leaders can see what’s happening (without chasing people for updates).
Physical spaces should behave like websites.
Round-U is a location-triggered interaction engine that helps buildings, malls, hospitals, campuses, and sites respond when people enter, move, or dwell in a space — with guidance, alerts, engagement, and measurable signals.
Round-U can deliver AR overlays inside real environments — turning physical zones into interactive “digital layers”. This includes wayfinding prompts, product/offer overlays, safety cues, training steps, and contextual guidance that appears exactly where it matters — with full logging and analytics behind it.
Most organisations don’t have a technology problem. They have a manual work problem. Skilled people spend their days moving data, chasing approvals, sending reminders, and re-doing work because systems don’t talk.
Lower costs, fewer errors, faster response, calmer teams.
Not “an app”. A full order-to-delivery workflow that runs properly.
CAL-E is Anterah’s practical ordering and delivery engine — originally developed through a structured student programme at Linden High School — designed for restaurants, takeaways, dark kitchens, and small delivery teams that need a clean customer journey and a calm, controlled back office.
CAL-E is also used as a structured rollout and training platform — so staff follow one operating method, and the business stays consistent as you grow.
We don’t drop software and disappear. We design operating systems for organisations.
We map the actual workflow, roles, handovers, and decision points — so we automate the right thing (not the mess).
We eliminate duplicate capture, unnecessary approval loops, and “busy work” that burns skilled time.
Reminders, escalations, reporting, checklists, onboarding, compliance flows — handled consistently without chasing people.
We create calm visibility: logs, dashboards, and reporting that shows what’s happening without noise or surveillance.
The goal is reliability and repeatability — the kind of system you trust during audits, growth, and staff turnover.
No spam. No noise. Just practical insight from building real systems in real environments.
If you’re tired of manual processes, too many tools, systems that don’t talk, and infrastructure that costs more than it delivers — then we should talk.

CAL-E turns everyday ordering and delivery operations into a calm, trackable workflow — from storefront to kitchen to driver — with clean handovers, status visibility, and reporting you can trust.
Round-U is making stores, offices, and venues smarter and more responsive.
